Would you let your unvaccinated friend that works with children around your newborn?

My friend is a teacher that works around all kinds of children. Am I wrong for not wanting her around my newborn until he is fully vaccinated?? (If she wasn't a teacher and didn't work with children who could carry these diseases obviously it would be different but she works with children.) 
Pretty sure I offended her but I'm just trying to protect my child. First time mom here in need of advice.

Just a questions, but are you planning to ask everyone who is around you baby if they are up to date with their vaccines? Your baby won't be fully vaccinated until around one year. You'll be surprised, most of the general population (speaking adults) have not been recently vaccinated with booster shots. Seems only fair🤷🏻‍♀️

The fact that shes not vaccinated and chooses to work around children should be the biggest red flag here. She's knowingly exposing herself and the children to vaccine preventable diseases. No way in hell she'd be around my children.

Personally I don't have any friends who are unvaccinated. As adults, typically on average, most are or have been vaccinated. 
Your friend is a teacher working with kids I get that but what leads you to believe that all the kids she's in touch with are also unvaccinated and are carrying the variety of illnesses and/or diseases? 
With my first son, I wasn't worried about all of the unvaccinated people he came into contact with. I did the usual "Please wash your hands before picking up baby." deal. I couldn't have possibly interviewed each person he came into contact with to prescreen them to ensure a perfectly healthy environment around him. The most I could do was vaccinate him and keep him as healthy as I possibly could. I must have done something right because he never even got sick not even a runny nose until well after 4 years of age.

Most adults don't get the boosters they need, that's why parents get the dtap vaccine to update their childhood shots. So I personally wouldn't prevent her from seeing my kid any more than anyone else in my life who I didn't know had their updated boosters. If she has any signs of illness them obviously she should avoid your baby even if it's just a cold.

What do you consider "fully vaccinated" and how do you know this person isn't? I'm a teacher and hadn't had any vaccines in a long time (save for flu shots) until I got pregnant, and then you start getting blood tests, etc. to recognize your immunities or things you need boosters on.
