Inducing Labor Naturally
39 weeks 3cm dilated and lost my mucous plug last week. So I’ve literally tried every old wives tale and anything I could find aside from castor oil and still NOTHING... lots of sex, spicy food, walking, mani/pedi, bouncing......how are you ladies feeling ?!
