Overbearing mom

I just had twins last Monday and they are the first grandkids. My parents have been super helpful and involved but they just won't leave my house! My mom is constantly telling everyone what to do. I have been so sleep deprived I lost it and ran out of the room last night after she started telling me what they were going to wear to bed. What should I do? How should I approach it? I also don't want to offend her because she will be watching them when I return to work in two months but right now I am seriously rethinking my choice.
