Eggs fertilized but never implant

Does anyone know what could be wrong? We will be seeing a doctor in a few months but I have a healthy 2 year old. Last November, I had a stillbirth. She was very healthy, I just had a blood clot in my placenta that drained the fluid. I missed an appointment so within those two weeks, it had all drained and that’s why she passed. :3 months after, I had a blighted ovum. And now, Im having a chemical pregnancy. It seems like maybe the stillbirth is causing my eggs to be unhealthy 😩😩 I just need some advice.
