Breakthrough bleeding at 9 weeks?

I am 9 weeks as of Saturday. We have already had a scan and saw our baby with a heartbeat. Saturday evening I spotted pink a tiny bit, barely anything with some brown discharge. Only when I wiped the one time. It went away. Late last night I wiped and got some pinkish blood. Again only when I wiped not enough to wear a panty liner. Could this be breakthrough bleeding? I have long cycles so this would have been my second missed period this week. I have had a precious missed miscarriage/ blighted ovum. So this is a little scary. I haven't had any cramps more than just a slight twinge. Nothing like period cramps at all. I don't know if I should call my dr or what. It isn't happening anymore and I feel fine. Still have consistent nausea, and sore breasts. My next appointment is Oct 12th. 🙁
