Dizziness with oral progesterone?

Has anyone experienced dizziness and/or minor spins from oral progesterone? I took my first dose tonight and started feeling it within an hour. I can still function but it’s not optimal. I don’t really want to go through this for another week - I have to work! Any tips?

Yes I have.  I am on 200 mg 2x per day and I feel the dizziness cones on and it lasts for about 10 minutes.  I would not advise driving or using any machinery when taking it because it does hinder you.

Thanks! I was told to take one dose in the morning and one at night. I took it this morning with food and that seemed to help a lot. Not nearly as bad today

I had to take progesterone pills for 10 days I think to stop random spotting between periods. It made me extremely tired and drowsy. I  took it at night time but I could still feel the effects in the morning. But I finished my dosage! I'd stick it out or give your doc a call!
