his/her top lip is curled inwards, so just pull it up so the baby can get more of a full suction! (: & it looks to me like just your nipple is being nursed on? s/he needs to have more of the areola as well (should help once the top lip is flipped up) so more of the glands producing the milk can be extracted from & not just the ones around the nipple.

Are you having pain since only the nipple is being nursed on? The LCs at my hospital suggested putting my hand under the breast and squeezing with my thumb and fingers to make a "sandwich" to make it easier to get as much of the areola into baby's mouth as possible. 
Plus you want both lips flared out like Annsley said.
