Prepping for a C-Section Recovery!

Hello all! I will be having my C-Section at 34+3 which is in a little less than 3 weeks and I was wanting to prepare myself. Any tips on recovering? I have already been in the hospital since 8/29. My daughter will likely be in the NICU a few days-couple weeks depending and I'll want to be with her ASAP. When we come home I will also want to start working out and what not and know it will be a slow progression so was wondering when/what to start with/what to add. Everything I see is for vaginal delivery and know a C-Section will be a different recovery. I have had two back surgeries and rely heavily on my abdominal strength to keep from having back spasms/sciatic pain since I have little to no muscles in my lower back anymore. I have always relied heavily on my abdominal muscles so pregnancy has made my back spasms return with a vengeance. It's not so much about losing weight as I've only gained 20lbs so far as it is about getting my strength back so I can be a productive mom. Any products that helped? Specific exercises? Specific way of eating?
