Yellow/green discharge

I've been having yellow/green discharge with an odour but no itching no pain to pee can't see any irritation but I have been having lower belly pain and sometimes pelvic pain (the pain comes and goes and lasts for a few seconds) I don't really wanna tell my mom as she might think I have an std. I have no bleeding either. Someone please help ??? Is it BV ? Yeast infection???? 😬😬😬
