My 4 year old recently told me he doesn’t like my boyfriend?

I’ve been with him 3 years now. And lately my son has been saying he doesn’t like my boyfriend but also says my boyfriend doesn’t like him. . I’m not sure what to do... I mean they play together. Sometimes when my son isn’t listening he will tell him to go in the corner or to his room but I don’t see a reason why he’d say he doesn’t like him.. ? I also have a daughter with my current boyfriend now too... Anyone else has this happen?

Have you tried sitting down as a family and talking about why he feels that way ? Maybe your boyfriend needs to have a little talk with him and ask why your son feels that way.

my son is 9 and I've been with my SO for 7 years. my son gets mad bc my SO will tell him what to do and he will claim my SO hates him, etc. kids go through phases. he went through a jealousy one too back when he was about 4. if it continues, talk to your kid about why they feel that way and maybe make some changes ? my son's Dr suggested my son and SO have a good day with out me so they can bond better. it works.

he's 4 im.sure he's just saying that because he didn't get what he wanted it you by got upset with him.... since it's not his dad he probably wondering why he's disciplining him
