as someone else said, lay flat on your stomach, legs straight and relax. it may help to prop your stomach up a bit with pillows for the right angle/comfort. lube may help but it can give a sense of safety when you're not ready yet. maybe use both your natural lubricants if you both have enough...use a little either way. take your time, you lead the way little by little. communicate! never carry on if it hurts, you're doing it wrong! good luck xx
