Cheating = Divorce?

Do you guys think if there's a marriage for 10+ years and the husband or wife was caught sexting someone else...do you think the significant other should divorce them? Also if they kids?

Cheating is an automatic goodbye for me. I don't care if we've been dating for months or decades, I'm leaving. 
I have told my SO that if he was to cheat, I'm leaving him. It might sound cold hearted but I'm not going to settle for less. 
We have asked each other things like that, "would you leave me if I did this?" So we know what not to do and for both of us it's only cheating. If the spark was to be gone from one of us, we talk it out.

No. Counseling first. If that doesn't work, part company. But the time doesn't mean anything. If someone were in a physically abusive relationship they would need to get out ASAP. Although, many victims cite years together as a reason to stay. It's not.

I would personally feel like the spark and passion must be gone if my hubby needed to get sexual satisfaction from another. It's personal preference, but I can promise you its not likely he'll be able to stop. I wouldn't stay married to someone who wanted other people.
