Passing
So just yesterday/ two days ago,I lost one of my teachers. She was my English teacher and I'm a freshman so I've only had her for about a month. Sadly she was fighting depression and she has seizures and epilepsy so that also affected her and it got to the point where she committed suicide. She was an amazing teacher and hearing that had almost made me cry in each class period. It was to the point where I had to go to a safe room and miss my English class and the room is for grieving and taking a break because of the shocking news we had just got. Does anyone have any advice on how to help me move on from this sad news? And I also need advice on lowering stress, with thisbnrwd and other things from school and outside of school almost all hitting me at once, it's stressing me out a lot to the point where I would almost cry; in class or at home. I really need some advice guys. Please help me
