first appt?

my first appt is next week and I will be 7 weeks exactly. will they do an ultrasound or not until my 11 week appt? I'm seeing some people have to wait and others get one early!

It all depends on your dr. Some dr like to wait until 8 weeks or 12 weeks and some dr like to go ahead and do them at 6 or 7 weeks! By 6 weeks you should get a heartbeat so your dr might go ahead and do an ultrasound for you

Here in the U.K. we have to wait until week 12! Mine's just over 2 weeks away and the wait is agonising!!

I was 6 weeks 6 days when I had my first appointment and they did do a transvaginal ultra sound!
