4 Weeks No Gestacional Sac

Okay so ladies I am freaking out, went in monday to Dr appt- Blood came back Positive 🤗 HCG 128 - However we did not see gestacionsl sac, i know it could be early !! But am super worried 😩

Been having lower back pain, which Dr said was normal - Also cramping on both sides of my ovaries .. (during ultrasound she mentioned I had cyst which is progesterone and thick lining of endometriosis) doesnt last long but am freaking out !! Paranoid and worried this is not a viable pregnancy

Please help !! Any advice is greatly appreciated
