Does anyone know?

I started taking a natural progesterone after ovulation on September 22rd - AF was suppose to arrive on October 6 (yesterday) and nothing. I had some spotting about 8 days ago. I did 3 pregnancy tests - 2 came out with vvfl and 1 was bfn. Has anyone experienced this or know what this might be?
