Drops of blood

Since i dont know where else to ask, i need your oppinion. Last two days,when i go to toilet for number two, i see tiny drops of blood, very pale pink color. Its from lady parts, not my butt. I dont know if this should worry me. I should start my period in ten days. Also i should mention that when i went to see my doctor after giving birth, she told me that due to my tearing i could have some bleeding while having sex, but its been like ten days since last time i did it. I really hope its not pregnancy sign cause im not ready for that again.
