Who literally fantasizes about being pregnant?

Do you ever just daydream about being pregnant or already having a baby in certain situations?

I imagine myself pregnant during Halloween or Christmas.

I picture grocery shopping pregnant or with a baby in the cart.

I think about driving in the car and peeking in the rear view mirror and seeing a car seat.

I fantasize about telling my parents/SO I’m pregnant, giving birth and seeing my hubby hold the baby for the first time.

And then I test and see a BFN and it’s back to reality. I wish this wasn’t so hard. 💔
