Advice on testing and anxiety- chemical

Okay so I had a chemical pregnancy a month ago tomorrow I was 4 weeks and 4 days, honestly wouldn't have known if we weren't TTC. We tried again right away ( doc said okay to it) I only got to see my hubby CD 11,12 and 13 for a weekend ( he works away). I am so so nervous as I'm expecting my period tomorrow but so hopeful it doesn't come. Problem is I don't know when to test. First because I had an MC , worried my super regular cycle might be a bit off ( counting from first day I bled ) and might've late so I'll get false hope. I'm also super scared of testing and having another CP and thinking maybe I should wait til and if I'm late another week. Stomach in knots. Any advice ?!?
