1st scan tomorrow...7w2d

Okay ladies, I have my first scan tomorrow. According to my last period, I will be 7w2d. I have had two miscarriages and haven’t made it this far along before. I am petrified! I am remaining positive but at the same time, I think the silence within the first couple of minutes is going to make my heart drop. For your first scan, did the tech speak right away? Am I even making any sense haha!? I don’t even think I am going to look at the screen until she speaks so my mind doesn’t wander!
