Ear infection? Teething? Something?

Okay my 7 month old baby girl has been super fussy lately way more than usual, trouble sleeping and hard time eating (pulling off and fussying) I was thinking maybe she's just teething but now I'm thinking maybe she has an ear infection. She doesn't have a temp but I have noticed her pulling her ears and now and then usually when I try feeding her. Any thoughts? Maybe your child went through the same? I'm going to call our doctor tomorrow because today is thanksgiving and the office is closed today
