Boyfriend is worried about me,

My boyfriend has told me he is very worried about me. I have not had a period in three months and have been having hip/pelvis pain and mild crmaping. I have take pregnancy tests and all negative. we have decided I will take one last test in a few days and based on that result go and see a doctor to figure out what is going on. I hope it's nothing to serious but I am a little worried, I don't know what could be going on and the pain is getting slowly worse by the day, any ideas? anything I should ask to have checked?
