baby barely moving concerned??

ok so yesterday my little girl barely moved so I drank a Coke and laid down on my side last night and counted her kicks and movement just a little over 10 which is what my doctor recommends. This morning she still is barely moving so I drank some soda again only had 5 movements within an 1 1\2 so I called my OBs office he was unavailable so I had to talk to his nurse practitioner she said 5 movements an hour is good ( im thinking no not what doc said and this is my 3rd baby he said it for everyone) she said drink so more go lay down and if you don't have 5 come in and we will listen to the heartbeat there is no one to do an ultrasound today but we can listen to her. I said I'll go lay down and try again but if not I'll just go to the ER. The fetal Doppler can't pick up anything but her heartbeat and I wanna make sure she is ok. Has anyone else had lack of movements and baby be fine?

update:: sorry I know it came quick but I already have been laying down for over 30 minutes and she has finally moved and has not stopped!!! I never been happier to get kicked!! So im gonna let my doc know and still keep a feel out for her for the next couple of days! Thanks for replying and reading!
