What foods are your 10 month Olds eating?

Just curious...I feel like I should be giving my son more variety, but he already seems to be very particular.

We did BLW weaning as well so she eats what we eat. She prefers foods with stronger flavors. I cook a variety of cuisines, Spanish, Italian, Thai, Indian so she's been exposed to a lot of different flavors. Today for bfast she had a cheese omelette with blueberries. Lunch was lentil soup w/kale & carrots, watermelon & cheese. For dinner she'll be having a chickpea curry w green beans & jasmine rice and for snacks she had yogurt and Cheerios.

I feed my daughter lots of roasted, seasoned veggies, tons of stews, a good variety of fruit, and rice, beans, and quinoa. She prefers things to be flavored with seasoning, and won't eat anything mushy...I keep her on a mostly plant based diet (same as myself). She has eaten eggs, and other animal products (no meat though) but not frequently (mostly to try and avoid developing an allergy to them). She still has formula, but is slowly starting to drink less🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 she is a great eater, and pretty much eats what I eat! We did blw, and I'm so thankful I did.

We did BLW so she eats quite a lot! For breakfast she had a quarter of egg/broccoli/cheese on toast and half a banana, lunch was butternut squash ravioli with fruit, dinner she had a baby filet with half an ear of corn on the cob. Snacks she still likes baby snacks, like puffs and yogurt melts. Cheese etc. Basically whatever we eat for meals though! She’s not a fan of ‘plain’ tastes, like her meat always has to be seasoned or have some sort of flavor or I’ll make a baby friendly sauce. That she can sometimes be picky about!

My son literally love anything and everything! He will eat anything you put in his mouth! He eats meat, veggies, fruit, still eats baby food, still drinks formula, I give him a mix of everything, he is not picky one bit thank goodness!

My son still has a fruit baby food for breakfast just because wic still gives it to us and he loves them. Other than that I try to make balanced meals but really he wants to only eat things be can pick up on his own and eat. He is just that independent. But it makes it hard to find foods for him. Lately he loves cheese so grilled cheese, mac and cheese with veggies, and egg omelets with cheese and Turkey are what he enjoys the most. He also loves Mandarin oranges. He goes nuts for them 😂

Baby loves chicken, lentils, beans, peas, sweet potato fries, scrambled eggs, applesauce, bananas, water melon, yoghurt... she pretty much eats anything we eat except some raw veggies like raw carrots or celery. I also haven't given her nuts. She's had croissant and pizza recently and likes it too although I avoid processed foods for her. She likes smoothies and soups

For breakfast we do eggs, fruit or yogurt. For lunch we do leftovers, cucumber and hummus or sauerkraut. For dinner she usually has two veggies and sometimes a meat. She currently loves broccoli, peas, sweet potato and any kind of meat. I haven't given her any grains but I'll be starting with a soaked oatmeal then soaked pancakes and go from there. She doesn't eat anything from a box. She does love spaghetti squash lasagna though and I always put seasoning on her food that matches the flavours we're having so rosemary, thyme, garlic, turmeric, curry, ginger, etc. She's tried potato soup and bone broth too. She doesn't like smoothies though lol wish she did.

my daughter is 1 in 3 weeks so we've been giving her more food than her formula, she LOVES meat, especially chicken and ground beef, she's not a fan of corn though which is very strange because my husband and I love corn lol, but we usually give her soups or potatoes with tiny pieces of chicken for dinner, and she eats whatever we eat for lunch/dinner most of the time unless it's something we can't make bite size like pizza

i give him what we eat, but he really likes carbs/ bread. and fruits.  meatloaf/ things that are made with ground beef and he can easily hold go over very well.

I give my son parts of whatever we're eating, though we did baby-led weaning, so he's been eating solids for a long time now.
What he likes can be unpredictable, but so far he's often more interested by stronger flavors--stewed meat was a hit and plain rice was not. I also think the visual of us eating the same thing at the same time us important for him. It's certainly what gets him to drink water.
