Why did I think it was a good idea?

I had my tubes electrocauterized after my last child 5 years ago.  I have regretted it ever since. I would love to have another child and I feel like my periods are horrible after having it done.  I have severe cramps and bleed for 8ź9 days minimum. I desparately want to have a tubal reversal but hubby is against the idea.  Anyone else in a similar situation or have any insight?

I had my tubes "tied" in 2010 and just last year is September had a reversal. I too was not the same after having them tied. The best money I spent was having that reversed. Not all my issues are gone but majority of them at and the ones that remain are not that bad. Good luck to you and I hope he will think about it and reconsider the idea of reversal. By the way have you googled Post Tubal Ligation Syndrome, maybe if you do and you can show him any matching symptoms he might think about it more. I did that with my husband. Good luck again.
