Friend vs family

Guys I need help understanding what is going on. For the last year my husband has been spending basically every spare moment with his friend, I’ve kept quiet because I have my friends and I don’t want to be a nagging needy wife. It has literally been months since we done anything together as a family. I finally talked to him last weekend and he apologized and said he shouldn’t have been this way and he wouldn’t work this Saturday and spend time with me and the kids, he works every day of the week but Sunday and Sunday he spends the entire day with his friend, anyways tonight he came home and said he’s working Saturday. That’s basically been the way it is, he says he will but always goes back on his word. No he’s not cheating or anything but I don’t get it. He will text his friends even at work and never text me. I’m trying not to be jealous but I’ve talked it over with him and he’s going right back to the way it was.
