Fertility clinic question

So after ttc for 4 years tomorrow is our 1st fertility clinic appointment we have waited so long for this but I can't help thinking tomorrow we still won't have any answers will we? I'm on cd15 positive opk on Monday what are the chances of them wanting to run any tests tomorrow? I know tomorrow's appointment is going to be a lot. Of questions and gathering information we will come away from there waiting for months for more answers? Or might they give us any tips or anything?
