Does this look like mold??
We live in military housing and there was obvious mold on our air vents, they came and cleaned the outside of the vents a few weeks ago but it's already starting to come back which makes me think it's probably inside the ductwork too... I investigated today and this is what the inside looks like. What do you all think?? I don't know what its supposed to look like 😂
