Heavy Bleeding at 10 weeks

Hello, I just turned 10 weeks today and I’ve had consistent bleeding almost this entire pregnancy.

Most of the time it’s like a wine color but it’s enough to fill up an overnight pad and and it happens every other day. It’s been consistent now for about a week. I’ve had 3 ultrasounds in the past week and all of them the baby has been ok but it’s still so scary every time it happens. Has anyone else had consistent bleeding like this. My last ultrasound my doctor said a little part of my placenta was unattached from the wall and that could be causing the bleeding but not to worry because it will fix itself.

I hate this every time I bleed I believe I’m miscarrying and I get so sad. I really want to hear from anyone who has had this happen?
