Low AMH & positive OPK? Help!

Question

Just found out I have low AMH (.5) but consistently have 28 day cycles with two days of positive OPKs and all the CM signs of ovulation.
I’ve been tracking for three months now - does this mean I’ve been ovulating or can you have an LH surge with no actual ovulation?
We have IUI with clomid next month.

I don't really have a good answer but I was exactly the same. At least 6 months of regular positive opk and even ovulation cramps. Everything normal on fertility testing except 0.42 amh which my re said was weird because I had plenty of follicles and normal fsh. I did 100mg clomid +trigger +iui this month for the first time and responded really well. I had multiple follicles with two big ones at 18 and 21mm 3 days before iui which was yesterday. I know the odds are low for first iui but we're feeling positive!
