Hard lump under my skin?

So I was laying on the couch and just absent-mindedly running my hand around my chest and torso under my shirt while watching tv, and below my breast, around the top center of my rib cage, on my right side, I felt a super tiny hard bump UNDER my skin. Like a pea sort of I guess. You can’t see it through my skin at all bc it’s under all my skin layers, it’s never been there before and it isn’t painful unless pressed on really hard and then it sort of hurts like a bruise does.

Yes I’m aware people on this app aren’t doctors etc, however I’m a huge hypochondriac and I have gone to urgent care and doctors before for stupid things that I ended up overreacting about, so I don’t really trust my own judgement lol. Should I be worried enough to go to urgent care or a doctor about this?
