want to do anal but scared to poop!

so me and my man dont have sex often because i get HORRIBLE utis every.single.time. but im sick of it and want to at least do SOMETHING. i have done anal once before and didnt hate it, so me and the bf have been talking about trying it. only thing is im scared it'll get messy! unfortunately thats what happened last time but i was blackout drunk so it didnt bother me at the time😂...but how do i prepare? is there like a douche for that? help a girl out! EDIT: yes i know to pee after sex. and keep everything clean. and shower. and try cranberry. and drink water. ive been dealing with this for almost 5 years believe me i have tried everything to prevent it. i am not looking for uti advice, i am trying to find another way to have fun!
