9 Weeks Preg Spotting Weekly

I am 9 weeks today and I have had light pink spotting pretty much every Thursday or Friday since I found out I was pregnant at 5 weeks. It is usually on and off until Sunday. I had an ultrasound at 6w and they said everything looked good. Then, because of the spotting and some ovary pain, I had another ultrasound 2 days ago at 8w6d and they said everything looked great again. No reason for the spotting or ovary pain and babies heart rate was strong. I have another appointment in a week in a half. Should I call the doctor now because I am spotting again or should I just wait and discuss it with her at my next appointment? Has anyone else experienced something similar?
