pinching feeling?

Hello! I am currently 10 weeks and doing great! I bought a fetal Doppler and was able to find baby's heart beat today which I believe is around 160 to 170. This is my first pregnancy so anything is exciting! however I am a bit worried because the last 2 days I have been experiencing a sort of pinching feeling in my lower abdomen off and on on both sides. it will switch from right to left and then goes away. also when I cough or sneeze too hard I get a sharp pain in my lower abdomen. was hoping anyone else had this experience or has it and if it is normal or not?
