Pumping when away from baby

Hi! I am a FTM and am wondering about what to do with pumping when away from my baby. I am going to be away from baby in December for two nights he will be with grandparents. I am going to be at an event and not Sure that I will be able to pump regularly to match LOs eating schedule. Can this jeopardize my supply? I was planning to pump when I can - I know I can become engorged but more concerned with my supply as I don't want it to change as I plan to breastfeed for the first year. Just wondering how to manage when you are away from baby to ensure supply stays the same. Thanks!
