Orgasm through penetration?

Ok so that I know of I've definitely had orgasms through clit stimulation.

Recently met someone and I'm new to this and what I've got is like when I go hard fast and deep in that right spot it's almost like building pressure like a clit orgasm and like my pelvic muscles tense but there's almost like there's no exact release? I guess not as hard as a clit orgasms release. I'm able to squirt but I can go right back at it and the pressure starts building up again. Is this what it is? Like to I need to maybe relax more? Is there something in me that's supposed to release like a clitoral orgasm...?
