I'm so confused...

I've never been in this situation before so I need some advice. At my 1 job there's these 2 guys sometimes I work with them both the same day/same shift .. J who I've had a crush on him since August or so and I recently told him how I felt and he told me he was flattered and appreciated me telling him but he's not looking for anything right now.. even though he had been doing stuff what I thought was cause he liked me.. now for me things are weird to work with him.. he's also a manager as well as 4 years younger than me too.. what do I do? I'm so confused .. like do I wait for J to be ready for something/looking for something? or if T asks me out to go out with him? I had a dream of them both in summary J got jealous of whatever T and I have and J and I started having a friend with Benefits type relationship while me and T dated.. and both were fine with the whole thing.
