Labor or something else🙄 help! (Irritable uterus)

Okay so let me start off by saying that I am a frequent flyer at labor and delivery ive been in too many times to count throughout my pregnancy, with kidney stones and lots of contractions that they have had to stop with shots. I have that super awesome thing called an "irritable uterus" so basically anything can set it off and cause contractions (yay me). So by now im pretty good at deciphering whether or not I need to take a trip to see my pals at L&D.;

To get to my point, im having symptoms that are quite different than what ive experienced thus far. Im having these lightning, shooting type pains in my rectum along with pressure both there and on my cervix. I felt like I needed to use the restroom both pee and poo but only got a little bit of pee out. Im also having back pain accompanied by the contractions. Im on bed rest so its not that ive done too much or havent kept up on fluids.

Any input would be appreciated!
