6 weeks pregnant... discharge

I just got off a 9 hour shift of no sitting down. I had a little cramping but nothing serious then this when I got home.... should I worry??? I don’t know what to do. I’ve never had the kind of discharge before and haven’t told any family yet so don’t know who to ask... please help.
