37 weeks! Ready for this baby to come!

Yesterday was my husbands diaper party --below is a picture of how low my belly is.

This 3rd trimester has been an emotional roller coaster. I was hospitalized at 31 weeks due to a gallbladder attack and was released and placed on bedrest until the baby comes. Was also told I would have to have my gallbladder removed 2 weeks after our son is born.

At 34 weeks we went to the hospital again thinking my water broke. Come to find out, it was not my water breaking, I was actually having strong contractions every 2 mins and was in labor! I went from .5 cm to 2.5 cm in an hr. I was given meds to stop the labor and then hospitalized again for a few days to be monitored. Was told I could go home and back to bedrest and to expect the baby to come any day.

Just this week at my 36 week appointment we were told the baby is doing just fine and he is still ready to come out, but since we were so close to 37 weeks the drs now want me up and moving! They want this baby to come out instead of causing my pain all the time. I have irregular contractions all day long but nothing strong enough or regular enough to be labor.

So this picture shows the 1st time I've been able to leave the house for something fun in weeks and now we just have to wait on this baby to come out!
