Severe symphysis pubic dysfunction (SPD)
I experienced what they call SPD with my first pregnancy, but oh my, I never remember it being this severe. I’m in near tears all night long, it literally feels like my pelvis is rusted up metal lol. It cracks/has severe pain any time I try to change positions, I’m 25 weeks in my second pregnancy. Anyone in the same boat as me?
