After a positive test when do I call the doc?

This might be a dumb question but when do I call the doctor after getting a positive test?

right away. my OB has to have a positive result with a GP before seeing you. most offices are booked for a while so it still might be a couple weeks before you're seen

I called my doctor the next day their offices were open (I got my positive over a weekend). They scheduled my appointment for a couple of months later, but I was glad I called so they knew that I was pregnant if anything bad started happening.

I called after taking a test and getting positive..The OB offices fill up fast and you should schedule even if they don’t see you right away..Most offices won’t see you until at least 8-10wks

After the first positive result, I took another test a week later then made an appt with the Ob/Gyn. They scheduled it for 2 weeks later which was great because I was 8 weeks when I went in and was even able to hear the heartbeat 💗
