Pickle juice! It seems like it would be counter productive but the vinegar in it actually balances the ph in your stomach getting rid of additional acid.

A teaspoon of apple cider vinegar with 2oz of water. It helps balance your stomach acidity. Tastes terrible but take it quick like a shot. Works every time.

Do not use milk. It helps short term but will make it so much worse!!! I started eating ice  I crush it with the setting on my fridge it helps and u take in less water at a time. Other than that I found a soda that works for me.
