Just need to complain. Long post sorry.

My inlaws are horrible!!!!!! My mil basically told my husband and I we weren’t “allowed” to move states for school because she didn’t want us near her oldest son who she basically kicked out of the family when he stood up for his wife. Obviously we didn’t listen we’re adults and this is our life so when we tried to be good and polite and went over to say goodbye to my husbands side of the family before we left she REFUSED to speak to us! She kept telling us to be quiet so she could keep watching Netflix... she tried to stop his younger siblings for saying good bye and then when we finally had enough and started to leave after and hour of this she got all upset about how we’re barely even saying goodbye.... now fast forward to almost 2 weeks after we have moved and SHE HASNT TALKED TO ME OR MY HUSBAND MORE THAN ONCE. My poor husband os so upset he feels like he’s losing his mom because he made an adult choice she didn’t agree with. All she’s said to him was asked if he liked it here then got all bitter and mean when he said he likes living here. And now we just found out that we’re unexpectedly pregnant and because I refuse to give her reason to say I caused her son to cut ties with her we let her know the good news and all she could do was give a half hearted congrats and tell me what I had to do. Now with next to no warning his parents have decided to come visit us next week 😣😣 and my husband is trying so hard to keep the peace so he can have a relationship with his dad we don’t feel like we can tell them we arent comfortable with them coming.
