Flat head?

Anyone else’s baby getting a flat head? My pediatrician mentioned it before I could ask about it, as I noticed it was getting flat. She suggested more tummy time (we do a lot already) and sitting him up in his bumbo seat when he can hold his head up on his own. Now my husband and I are worried...he can’t sit in the seat yet and my boy sleeps a lot and already sleeps through the night!! So he’s constantly putting weight in the same spot. I’ve researched flat head pillows but heard they could be dangerous...I’m curious to see what others are doing and if they have the same issue! My baby was born on 8/9 so he’s a little over 2 months old.

I just noticed today that my daughter (10 weeks) is getting a flat head on the right side. She favors that side a lot, whether in the swing, bassinet or her seat. The seat we have is like a rock and play but it’s low to the ground and doesn’t rock. She’s been sleeping in that most nights for about a month because she wakes up constantly in the bassinet. I’m so worried that I am hurting her poor head from putting her in it. Going to talk to the pediatrician on the 27th.

Is it flat on the back or on one side? 
My baby moves constantly in his sleep, but I can tell he does prefer turning his head to the right. So we switch up the way we lay him in the bassinet, and will intentionally lay him on his left knowing he will eventually switch it up on his own.
