Facebook laws

husband and I have been married for 15 yrs and still are neither of us have facebook, (until now) We agreed not to. cut to he has an addiction is vilonet towards me I have left for 3 days with kids. He's threatening me , won't give me money and now he has a facebook with kids pictures and him like he is single. I do not want to stoop to his level and get one , I will not and don't want my business in the street. any advice. I don't want to stop him, just posting my kids. My teen is humiliated. He just told her to grow up and I asked him for money he told me to "lose his number" 15 yrs , still married and 2 kids and he tell me to lose his number like we are dating in high school. I have zero money to get a lawyer he has drained our account and basically told me to close that account because he's not using it anymore
