yeast infection?

for the past month or so I've been having pain during intercourse, and sometimes a pain on my left side in my uterus while going about my day. my discharge isn't necessarily cottage cheese like, but there is a build up in between each side of my labia minora and majora of a thick, white substance that's spread out. I've also been having excessive acne the past 2 weeks on my face and my back, which is very out of the ordinary for me (however I am 16, but I feel like most of puberty is over). I don't have an excessive itch but it does itch sometimes. usually it's right on the lips where my hair starts.
