Worried..

So started spotting at around 4/5 and it lasted for a week or two so I got sent for an early scan. I live in the U.K. So we don't usually get a scan until 12 weeks. Everything was fine and was measuring around 6.5 weeks. Spotting went away a few days later and has now returned again however went to toilet this afternoon and blood was in the toilet and lots of it when I wiped. Now patiently waiting for another scan tomorrow morning to find out what's going on...😞
