Anxiety waiting for 12 week scan
How do people stay calm waiting for there 12 week scan? I’m in the UK and this is the first ultrasound, first time I get to see my baby and it’s heartbeat. Earlier this year I suffered a miscarriage. Went for early scan and seen the heartbeat then a week later it had stopped. Scan on the 24th, so trying to not let the anxiety get the better of me.
