Did I over do it?

I'm 10wks 3days- my husband and I just sold our house and I did some packing today along with carrying some things out to my car. I started to get some minor cramping- I stopped of course but did I over do it? I'm nervous

I've been told to live life normally. of course I don't lift crazy heavy things and take breaks when I need but other then that I do my same old.

I wouldn’t worry too much about it. Take it easy for an hour- rest and drink water, see how you feel. We moved when I was 8.5 months pregnant and I move a lot of stuff. If it’s something you would NORMALLY do, no worries.

Be sure you’re not carrying anything too heavy and just relax with your feet up but I’m sure you’ll be fine!

Be sure you're drinking lots of water - not doing so is the main reason for cramping. You're probably fine. Just listen to your body and take breaks when you need to. Pregnant women are supposed to exercise, so light moving work should be just fine
